7 Day Gratitude Mindset - Journaling Challenge

Are you ready for the challenge?

I invite you to sign up, slow down and learn all you need to know about quietening your busy mind, reducing stress and finding inner peace. Use the free daily journaling prompts to help you with self-reflection, release negative emotions and cultivate a gratitude mindset in just 7 days.

Mindful journaling is about putting your thoughts down on paper as a way to reduce stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, improve clarity, develop self compassion and promote relaxation.

We live in a society that encourages us to be switched on at all times and we don't prioritise the time to pause and reflect. Be inspired to build a regular journaling habit to support your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

I understand that taking care of yourself can be overwhelming, especially when you don't know where to begin with journaling. That's why I've included step-by-step guidance to help you get started without having to worry about the details.

What does it include?

  • A gratitude journal prompt emailed to you every day for a week
  • Tips on how to journal for stillness amidst the chaos of daily life

  • Access to our private Facebook group - share your wellbeing successes, inspiration and motivational stories in a safe and confidential community of like-minded individuals

How does it work?

Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to have any experience in journaling to join in - just the intention to open up and let yourself be supported.

Once you have signed up you will receive an email everyday for a week with instructions on what to do.

In this free 7 day journaling challenge I invite you to take some time each day to reflect on the things in your life that you are grateful for. Each day spend at least 5-10 minutes writing in your journal (or a notepad) You can focus on big things or small things, people or experiences, anything that brings you joy and appreciation.

At the end of the 7 days I encourage you to share your successes with others and be inspired to continue to build a journaling habit.
