I understand these feelings of stress, anxiety, frustration, sadness, and isolation may have left you emotionally exhausted - but you don't have to do this alone.


Join me in a safe and supportive space where you'll have the time to talk, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Over the course of 3 months, we will work together, progressing toward your desired outcomes. My role as your coach is to listen deeply, without judgement, validating your feelings and allowing you to become calmer, stronger and hopeful.


You'll be empowered with proven methods and effective techniques so that you can manage your mental and emotional wellbeing in a way that works for you. Together we'll create an easy to follow action plan tailored to your unique needs. You will gain the knowledge you need to reclaim control so you can confidently support yourself in the future.

How does it work?

1 x 90 Min Initial Session:

Session topics are client led however during the first session we do a life overview - this is to better understand your wellbeing needs and create the focus over the next 3 months about the things that matter to you and what will make the biggest improvements in your life.

60 Min Follow On Sessions:

These sessions are where we’ll go deeper into each area of your life to address and progress from anything that's causing you concern, leaving you feeling stuck or unsatisfied.


Develop greater self-awareness by identifying and understanding your emotions. Gain insight into the underlying causes and triggers. Practice healthy habits and learn coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions. 

Accountability Partner:

In addition to your sessions, you will have access to me on the end of the phone, via text or email so you are fully supported throughout our time together. You'll be encouraged to stay on track with your goals, recognise your progress and be motivated by celebrating your successes.

Bonus Support:

Each week you will receive bespoke support to use between the sessions in the form of a resource that meets your needs at that time. This can include reflection exercises, soundbath meditations, mindfulness and EFT workbooks, journal prompts, self-care guide and wellbeing check-ins.

Your initial session is 90 minutes, followed by subsequent fortnightly 60 minute follow on sessions. Sessions are via Zoom and you have the flexibility to choose a day and time that works around your schedule.
