Journal Prompts

I encourage you to try journaling, for as little as 15 minutes a day, and see the benefits it can bring you.

 

All you need to get started is paper and a pen, it doesn’t have to be a fancy notebook. As your journal is private and for your eyes only, there’s no right or wrong, anyone judging you and you don’t have to be a great writer or bother about spelling or grammar.

 

It is easy to journal but some struggle to think of what to write so they use journal prompts. I have created some simple journal prompts for you to download and get you started on your journaling journey!
