Welcome to our monthly Rest, Reflect & Release: Self-Care Session


Gift yourself time to rest, reflect, nurture your mind, and release what no longer serves you.


Experience an interactive, soul-nourishing combination of grounding meditation, journal prompts and end with a powerful intention setting exercise, led by our experienced coach and holistic therapist Vicki.


When: Wednesday 3rd July

Time: 8 - 9pm

Location: Online


Mindful meditation:

Each session starts with a short guided grounding meditation designed to calm the mind and bring you into the present moment.


Journaling for self-reflection:

Engage in heartfelt journaling exercises that encourage self-reflection and self-discovery.


Explore your thoughts, raise your awareness, challenge limiting beliefs and mindset blocks that might be holding you back, untangle feelings and let go of any emotions that are no longer yours to hold.


Group sharing and reflection:

A safe space to share any observations or emotions that have come up during the session as an opportunity to help bring clarity, offer support or for accountability.


You are not obligated to participate in these discussions - it's okay if you prefer to stay on mute and just listen.


Intention setting:

We end each session with a powerful ritual of setting an intention.


You are invited to reflect on the insights from the session, and turn them into positive intentions to guide you through the month.


What do i need:

Please bring your favourite journal/ notepad and pen.
