Counselling for Endometriosis, Infertility & Beyond.

Personalised emotional wellbeing support – because being heard is part of healing.
Living with endometriosis, fertility challenges, IVF, and medical treatments can place enormous stress on your life. You may be feeling a complex mix of emotions — overwhelmed, out of control, and like you’ve lost a part of yourself.
You’re not alone. This is a place for you to pause fully, feel safe, be heard, and start healing — at your own pace.
There’s no one-size-fits-all that’s why I use a pluralistic approach, blending counselling, coaching, and mind-body practices that work for you. This collaborative, flexible approach means we’ll use bespoke methods that fit your personality, goals, and needs, so you can experience lasting change.

What do we discuss in our sessions?
Everyone's journey is unique, and the reasons for seeking support are deeply personal. Sessions are shaped entirely around your needs and may explore:
-
Your diagnosis, treatment, and impact on daily life
-
Trying to conceive, IVF, failed cycles, or pregnancy loss
-
Menopause — natural, surgical, or treatment induced
-
Medical trauma — feeling dismissed, gaslighted, or undergoing procedures
-
Managing stress, anxiety, and burnout linked to chronic illness
-
Your emotions eg. frustration, grief, hope, guilt, anger, or isolation
-
Decision-making and self-advocacy
Whatever you’re facing, your feelings are valid. Show up exactly as you are and you'll be met with no judgement, just compassion.

How it works.
1
Schedule Your First Session
Start with a one-off consultation or dive straight into a series of block bookings to ensure sustained support over time.
2
Personalised Support
Your journey is unique, and so is the support I provide.
We’ll focus on your specific challenges, whether that’s coping with the stress of treatments, processing grief, or building the confidence to advocate for yourself.
3
On-Going Support
You deserve to have space, time, and support to process everything.
Sessions can be added as needed — there’s no set number or timeline. However, to create lasting change and deeper emotional understanding I recommend a min of 3 sessions.

Why work with me? Meet Vicki Hodges.
It can be hard to open up to family or friends about what you’re going through. You might worry about being misunderstood or simply not want to burden others. That’s why it's important to be able to speak openly, explore your emotions, and be met with understanding.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore how you really feel — physically, emotionally, and mentally — that’s flexible and completely centred on you. It’s a gentle but powerful way to untangle thoughts, reduce anxiety, and rebuild your sense of self.
As someone who has personally lived through endometriosis, infertility, and perimenopause, I know the challenges it can bring. Everything I do is grounded in empathy and the belief that being heard is part of healing.
You deserve to be seen and validated — not defined by your condition. When you're ready, I’m here to support you.

Endometriosis Counsellor, Coach & Advocate

Emotional support.
Be supported as you work through the emotional impact and explore what’s possible moving forward.

Expert guidance.
The guidance and support you need to be able to make informed decisions that feel right for you.

Coping with loss.
This is a safe, compassionate space to grieve, process your emotions, and heal at your own pace.

Empower youself.
Explore what you need, not what’s expected of you. Take control to feel empowered — not powerless.
I was trying to manage everything on my own so I was so grateful to have found Vicki's coaching.
I didn’t feel comfortable sharing everything with my family or friends so it was such a relief to have someone who truly understood and could offer me the time to talk.
Talking about what was happening has helped me focus on what I could control and gave me hope when I really needed it.
