Endometriosis Counselling in the Workplace.

Providing employees with access to specialist one-to-one counselling, alongside workplace resources and leadership guidance, helping organisations respond confidently to the often hidden emotional and workplace impacts of endometriosis.

Support employees, strengthen allyship, and create a more inclusive, productive, and psychologically safe workplace.

Why it Matters.

Endometriosis can affect employees in ways that aren’t always visible, impacting wellbeing, focus, and productivity. Providing support isn’t just a nice to have, it's essential. Workplace initiatives not only improve your employees’ wellbeing but also contribute to the success and productivity of your business.

Vicki Hodges founder of Pausefully

Why work with Pausefully.

Combining lived experience of endometriosis with professional counselling expertise, I’ve delivered workplace counselling and briefings for organisations of all sizes — from large public sector teams to small private companies and charities.

Many people want a counsellor who truly understands their condition, without having to educate them about endometriosis before starting support. This specialist approach provides more meaningful and relevant emotional support than generic counselling, helping improve engagement, productivity, and retention by directly linking employee wellbeing to business success.
