Why work with Pausefully.
Combining lived experience of endometriosis with professional counselling expertise, I’ve delivered workplace counselling and briefings for organisations of all sizes — from large public sector teams to small private companies and charities.
Many people want a counsellor who truly understands their condition, without having to educate them about endometriosis before starting support. This specialist approach provides more meaningful and relevant emotional support than generic counselling, helping improve engagement, productivity, and retention by directly linking employee wellbeing to business success.
