Living with endometriosis can place enormous stress on your life and have a significant impact on your emotional wellbeing. You may be feeling overwhelmed, out of control, and like you’ve lost a sense of who you are.

You don’t have to face this on your own.

There’s no one-size-fits-all that’s why I use a blend of counselling, coaching, and mind-body practices. This collaborative, flexible approach means we’ll use bespoke methods that fit your needs, helping you to process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and improve your mental health.

A confidential, compassionate safe space that's shaped around your needs. I support people experiencing:

Suspected or diagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis

Infertility, IVF, hysterectomy, menopause and treatments

Emotional exhaustion from long-term pain, gaslighting and dismissal

Relationship, sex and intimacy difficulties

Changes to confidence, identity, or sense of self

Feelings of grief, loss, fear, shame, disconnection and helplessness

I help you pause, be heard, and feel supported. Together, we explore your emotions safely, regulate your nervous system, build coping strategies, advocate for your needs, reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and help you start living your life more fully.

Book A Call

Book a free initial call so we can talk through your needs, explore what’s going on for you, and give you space to ask any questions about working together.

Schedule Your First Session

There’s no minimum or maximum commitment for sessions, although I usually recommend around 6 sessions to allow space for meaningful change.

On-Going Sessions

You deserve to have space, time, and support to process everything.

 

After your initial sessions you have the flexible option to add more as needed.
