Why Counselling?
Counselling offers a confidential space to explore what you’re feeling—physically, emotionally, mentally—without judgement, pressure, or the need to ‘fix’ everything straight away. It’s a gentle but powerful way of untangling your thoughts and emotions, understanding your experience more deeply, and reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain, pressure, or expectations.

As a counsellor who has also lived through endometriosis and infertility, I bring professional expertise and deep empathy to our work together. Whether you're holding grief, trauma, fear, or simply the weight of being misunderstood for too long, this space is for you.

Emotional support.
A diagnosis of endometriosis or infertility can bring a flood of emotions—grief, confusion, anger, and fear. Be supported as you work through the emotional impact and explore what’s possible moving forward.

Expert guidance.
Whether you’re considering treatments, already undergoing them, or unsure what your options are, these sessions offer the support you need to be able to make informed decisions that feel right for you.

Coping with loss.
A diagnosis, unsuccessful treatments, hysterectomy or infertility can bring a profound sense of loss and grief of what could have been. This is a space to grieve, process your emotions, and heal at your own pace.

Empower youself.
When navigating endometriosis, fertility challenges, or medical trauma, it can feel like everything is happening to you. Explore what you need, not what’s expected of you. Feel empowered—not powerless.

I was trying to manage everything on my own so I was so grateful to have found Vicki's coaching.

I didn’t feel comfortable sharing everything with my family or friends so it was such a relief to have someone who truly understood and could offer me the time to talk.

Talking about what was happening has helped me focus on what I could control and gave me hope when I really needed it.
