Estimated annual savings are calculated using standard UK workplace data based on an average of 9.4 sick days per employee per year, with an average cost of £547 per employee annually (according to CIPD and Simplyhealth research). Turnover savings estimated on a standard saving of £30,000 from reducing staff turnover and retaining employees. The cost of the selected support, adjusted for organisation type. The calculator assumes that providing support reduces absenteeism by 10%, and total savings are the sum of reduced absenteeism costs and turnover savings, divided by the cost of the service to give the ROI.
