The Pause: Endometriosis Group Workshop.

Interactive, online group experience for those living with endometriosis.

If you nod along to any of these, The Pause was created with you in mind.

You've been living with endometriosis for years, recently diagnosed, or yet to get a diagnosis.

You spend so much time overwhelmed by endometriosis that there's rarely much time left to think about you.

You keep pushing through, even when you're exhausted. Feel guilty when you rest and struggle to feel safe in your body.

You overthink, suffer with anxiety, and feel disconnected from your body.

You know endometriosis has had an impact on you, but you haven't really had the space to think about what that means.

You find yourself looking for answers, certainty. and want to feel more in control.

You want to make some changes, but they need to be realistic for the life and energy you actually have.

And you'd quite like to spend some time with women who just get it.

90 minutes Online Group Workshop · Includes workbook · £29

Chance to talk to others about their lived experience

Workbook to help you create your own personal plan

Conveniently dial in from the comfort of your home

This isn't about fixing you.

No expectations to be more positive, grateful or resilient.

No need to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.

You don't have to explain yourself.

No pressure to have the “right” answers.

You don't have to justify how you feel.

No need to know what comes next.

The Pause is about noticing, understanding and making a little more space for yourself — not adding another expectation to your already busy life. Come as you are. You don't have to know what you need before you arrive.

What we will explore.

The Pause group workshop gives you space to look at the different ways endometriosis can affect you — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and in the life you’re trying to live.

The Body

What is happening to me?

We’ll look at your relationship with your body, symptoms, pain, fatigue and the things your body may be asking of you.

The Mind

What is this experience doing to me?

The worry, overthinking, uncertainty, hypervigilance and need to feel in control. Notice the ways your mind responds when living with something unpredictable.

The Heart

What am I feeling?

There can be so many emotions — grief, anger, guilt, fear, sadness, frustration, relief or even hope. This is a chance to acknowledge what’s actually there.

The Self

Who am I now?

Endometriosis can affect how you see yourself, your confidence, body, relationships and the things that matter to you. Make space for the person beyond your diagnosis.

The World

How does this affect my life?

Work. Family. Friendships. Healthcare. Intimacy. Social plans. Expectations. We’ll think about where endometriosis creates the most friction in your everyday life.

The Future

Where do I go from here?

No five-year plan. No pretending everything is going to be fine. Just a chance to think about what you might want more of, less of, or something you’d like to try differently.

Endometriosis Group Workshop
And you won't be doing this alone.

You'll be sharing the experience with other women living with endometriosis.

You might hear someone describe something you've never said out loud or recognise yourself in someone else's experience. You might realise that the thing you've been blaming yourself for isn't something you're the only person struggling with.

And sometimes, simply being in a room with people who get it can be supportive in itself.

You'll receive a workbook to use interactively throughout the workshop, with space to reflect, write and work through the exercises as we go. You'll then take it away with you to revisit the prompts, reflect on what you've discovered and create your own personal plan for your emotional wellbeing.
