Showcase Your Commitment to Inclusivity.
Menstrual health often remains hidden, misunderstood, or minimised in professional settings. The wide-ranging impacts can influence energy, concentration, emotions, and performance at work.
It's everyone’s responsibility to create a supportive, stigma-free culture. Failing to prioritise can lead to decreased productivity, increased sick leave, high staff turnover, low morale, and potential employment tribunal risk.
Organisations that complete our training receive the Pausefully certified badge to demonstrate commitment to supporting menstrual health, inclusion, and psychological safety — helping you attract and retain talent, build trust and stand out as a leader.

Estimated annual savings are calculated using standard UK workplace data based on an average of 9.4 sick days per employee per year, with an average cost of £547 per employee annually (according to CIPD and Simplyhealth research). Turnover savings estimated on a standard saving of £30,000 from reducing staff turnover and retaining employees. The cost of the selected support, adjusted for organisation type. The calculator assumes that providing support reduces absenteeism by 10%, and total savings are the sum of reduced absenteeism costs and turnover savings, divided by the cost of the service to give the ROI.
