Why it matters.
Endometriosis is a debilitating, whole-body condition that affects approximately 10% of women, trans and non-binary people (190 million globally). Its implications goes far beyond painful periods and can affect overall quality of life.
For many, the journey involves related menstrual conditions, fertility treatment, or early menopause. Its impact extends into the workplace, and ignoring it won’t make the issue go away. For this reason it is everyone's responsibility to raise awareness, reduce stigmas, take action to make workplace adjustments, improve health outcomes and work-life satisfaction.

Failing to prioritise employee wellbeing can lead to decreased productivity, increased sick leave, high staff turnover, low morale, and potential employment tribunal risk.

Calculate your ROI.
Wondering how supporting your employees translates to tangible business outcomes?
Our ROI calculator helps you see the potential financial and organisational benefits of investing in awareness, training, and counselling.
Estimated annual savings are calculated using standard UK workplace data based on an average of 9.4 sick days per employee per year, with an average cost of £547 per employee annually (according to CIPD and Simplyhealth research). Turnover savings estimated on a standard saving of £30,000 from reducing staff turnover and retaining employees. The cost of the selected support, adjusted for organisation type. The calculator assumes that providing support reduces absenteeism by 10%, and total savings are the sum of reduced absenteeism costs and turnover savings, divided by the cost of the service to give the ROI.
