Menopause can be a confusing time due to the multitude of changes taking place within our bodies. Did you know there's over 40 symptoms to choose from!!
Your symptoms might be subtle, or come and go, or be attributed to another condition if looked at in isolation. This makes it difficult to see the bigger picture of what's happening both physically and psychologically to you. This is where symptom tracking can be so useful.
There are two ways you can use this tracker:
- As a fully interactive digital checkbox and editable textbox
- Print it out and add your personal notes and checkmarks
Both ways allow for you to note the scale of the symptoms you are experiencing. This can be a helpful tool for your conversations with your GP, medical professional or menopause doctor.
