Baby Loss Awareness Week is 9 - 15 October - it a time to remember the little ones we have lost and to acknowledge the grief that comes with that loss. Losing a baby can leave a deep and lasting impact, and it’s okay to feel however you feel.

Grief is unique to each person, and it can feel isolating. Pausing, being heard, and receiving support can be a gentle step towards knowing you are not alone.
